SHIPPING, TIMEFRAME & RETURNS
Production Timeframe:
This is completely dependent on the garment you have ordered and the volume of orders we have at that given time. We expect each garment, if not pre-made will take around 2.5 weeks to be made however, this will depend on the complexity of the garment(s). If the garment is already in stock it will be sent the following day.
Local delivery/Pickup:
If you are based in the Dunedin, Otago region the option of local pickup or delivery (within Dunedin) is available however, this will need to be arranged at the same time as placing your order.
Shipping:
Each garment will be shipped once it has been completed or if it is in stock, it will be sent the following day. Tracking will be provided. Your garments will only be shipped/started if your payment has been received.
Return & Refund Policy:
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or differs significantly from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jessiekate.clothingdesign@gmail.com
Where a garment is deemed faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general preference. If you have any questions regarding sizing, we are happy to assist prior to purchase.
Custom Garments
We do not accept returns of custom made garments as they are tailored to you. If you are unhappy please get in touch with us via email jessiekate.clothingdesign@gmail.com and we will work with you to provide a solution.
