SHIPPING & TIMEFRAME

Production Timeframe:

This is completely dependent on the garment you have ordered and the volume of orders we have at that given time. We expect each garment, if not pre-made will take around 2.5 weeks to be made however, we will keep in contact with you. If the garment is already in stock it will be sent the following day. 

Local delivery/Pickup:

If you are based in the Dunedin, Otago region the option of local pickup or delivery (within Dunedin) is available however, this will need to be arranged at the same time as placing your order.

Shipping:

Each garment will be shipped once it has been completed or if it is in stock, it will be sent the following day. Tracking will be provided. Your garments will only be shipped if your payment via bank transfer has been received, this usually takes one working day. We will confirm this via email.

Pricing Variation

If you are wanting some made in a specific size please email us at jessiekate.clothingdesign@gmail.com to arrange this. For us to make a custom size the pricing may vary to the garments on our website as it will involve more time to change/edit patterns. Please also refer to our size guides on each product for the measurements as our sizes differ slightly from other brands, if you need to exchange for a different size shipping will be at the buyers expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Garments are only eligiable for return/refund if they are unworn and are sent back to us in the correct packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items. If it is a custom garment and there is an issue with fit we will alter the garment(s) to fit, if we can - there must be proof of this. For custom orders we do not do returns/refunds if you change your mind and do not like the chosen garment. If you return an item you are able to either recieve a refund or a store credit incase you would like to exchange it for something else. If you decide on another item that is higher in price you will be required to pay the difference - if it is lower in price you will recieve the rest of the original amout as a refund. Returns are to be arranged with us prior to sending and are at the buyers expense. A tracking number must be emailed to us within one day of postage otherwise you will not recieve a refund/store credit. Please note that returns are at our discretion and if we are unsatisfied with the condition of the garment returned, we are not obliged to give a refund.
